CHEATING CONSUMERS

 

NEXUS WITH NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY, SAMSUNG & LG.

 

  • ·         Reliance launched their CDMA telephone service under DhiruBhai Ambani Pioneer Scheme.

  • ·         They declared that all the instruments are fully insured against all defects by National Insurance Company

  • ·         They tied with the two prime companies Samsung & LG for the handsets.

  • ·         Managed to get poorest quality at the cheapest rates – may be obsolete models.

  • ·         Paid the premium of Rs. 35 Crores to National Insurance Company.

  • ·    Complaints started coming and mounted to Rs. 150 Crores.

  • ·    Now the Insurance Company refuses to make payment and find ways and means to refuse.

  • ·    Indulge in all nefarious activities.

  •      The branch manager says that original papers were not received so claim is not payable. when the complainant has the POD of the dispatch of documents.

  •       He then says that he wants the details of the fault from the complainant inspite of having the service report from the authorized service centre.

  •       He is basically trying to find a wrong statement from the consumer and then reject the claim.

 

 

This is the level to which the Companies have gone down.
